What you will do:
- Customer support service, consulting on company’s iGaming products, fixing simple technical issues
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and competent manner (in Italian)
- Inform about new promotions, bonuses, events, and congratulate the clients on holidays
You could be a perfect candidate if you have:
- Strong communication skills
- Working proficiency in Italian both written and verbal
- You are a positive person
It will be a plus:
- CILS B1-B2 or PLIDA B1-B2 Italian language certificate
- English skills
