SUPPORT MANAGER

We are looking for a professional for whom «great service» is not just words, but a professional credo!

What you will do:

  • Customer support service, consulting on company’s iGaming products, fixing simple technical issues
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and competent manner (in Italian)
  • Inform about new promotions, bonuses, events, and congratulate the clients on holidays


You could be a perfect candidate if you have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Working proficiency in Italian both written and verbal
  • You are a positive person


It will be a plus:

  • CILS B1-B2 or PLIDA B1-B2 Italian language certificate
  • English skills
